Okay, just a quick update.
I've 2 more days before I fly off to UK now...excited!!!
And somewhat scared...
Worried about the unknown, perhaps? (and unknown includes forgetting to bring something and screaming in fear when I realise o_O)
Nah. I was really meticulous in packing, the packing list I made helped a TON! =D

Anyways surprisingly I pulled out almost everything from my cupboard and this is the amount of clothes I have. @_@;;

It's alright, makes for easy packing xD

Hmms, last few days were spent with my friends~
Ria and Sam on Monday and Jiaying on Tuesday (today!)...
Ria treated Sam & I to Marche at Vivo City...woooo I'm in love with the Crepes and Rosti nowww~! ^^
And yeah, tanning with Sam in the afternoon at Vivo rooftop cuz we dun wanna pay $3 to go Sentosa lol. The winds were so nice...=)

Went to Vivo again with JY today but to no avail...haha. She wanted to buy a little hat from this goth shop but it was too ex T_T;;
So ended up buying Old Chang Kee and left Vivo xD lol~
It was a really fruitful day though, cuz we headed to Bugis and got quite alot of things!
New wallet, new ear-rings (hahaa jiaying got such girly ear-rings!!), got a blazer... new tie...
And a host of other things I forgot =P

Tomorrow I better spend time with my dog!!! DD:

Ah, only a few more days before lift off~!! xD
Lemme see...6 more days holy shiiiii-!!
So it's less than a week now...and I've yet to get my new shoes!
My right shoe got BIG hole now o_O;;

Anyways I expect really busy times. Spent the whole of today painting my art trade for Mitchell ^^, it's alllllmost done now! Go see my deviantart page for WIPs!
Went for TF at night and celebrated Joanne Tan's birthdaaay~!! =D
Aww, she's finally 21.
Reached home at 12 midnight, whoosh!

Tomorrow, Noelle's Wedding at Pres High followed by cell at night...
Sunday I'm finally going Toa Payoh with Sam to get my shoes ahahahahaaa. And my dad wants me to bring chicken curry powder to UK lol.. So need to go NTUC~
Basically that's all I need, I've more or less everything that's needed.

Oh I bought a flower and wrote a card for Noelle. Lookie!

It previously said "Happy Teachers' Day" LMAO!! I chopped that part off.

Monday, tanning with Ria and Sam! Belle's not able to come, saaaddd...

Uuuuwaah. You must have seen my Fullerton escapade and fainted by now xD
I almost did anyway. My whole week's stuffed with things to do, now that I'm flying off in 11 days OMG~!!!
A few more shopping trips, meeting people, packing my bag, finishing my art trade with Mitchell...x_X

Anyways in case you missed out, Friday was my surprise farewell and extravagant treat by my wonderful African boss ^^
Yesterday (Saturday) was a short trip to Far East Plaza in town with OJY and Andrea, where I finally got my studded belt lol. Ok it's not really studded. It's...silver squares...*lol bad description*
And I got longer leggings too. For some stupid reason the leggings I bought at Bugis started rolling up when I walked o_O;;
In the afternoon Jiaying came to my house and we spent the rest of that afternoon dying hair!! Haha... But sadly, to no avail, man! DD:
Dunno why, the dye colour can only be seen under really strong light. Saddd... We need brighter dye colours *sniff*
And oh, I almost forgot that after 30mins, the dye bottle will heat up and some freak gaseous chemical reaction will happen...and the bottle will EXPLODE!!
I totally forgot about it until after ONE HOUR later when jiaying has finished dying her hair, I picked up my bottle and omg, it was hot x_X
I could've died.
I could've died with red hair dye exploding all over my face.

Erm k, Saturday night was spent at yet another buffet dinner with my relatives from both sides~! Yikes.
It was more like a thanksgiving cuz my dad finally got a job, and he said it's also my "farewell party" before I leave for UK. lol.
Anyway we went to Paramount Hotel for the buffet...
Ate until I looked pregnant once again~ Haha this "baby" inside me always grows and shrinks, inflates and deflates...upon every buffet o_O;;

(Gooo Taliban go! Goooo taliban go!)

(Taliban man grew a body after 15mins...and more hair...and ears)

Oh yeah, got loooots of gifts from my relatives *OMG*
Most of them gave ang paos, it's like the typical thing that clueless people would give xD But really, I appreciate it so much more if you give me an Ang Pao rather than crack ur brains thinking what I'll like/want, then end up buying me a dress T_T
Kay, here're my gifts~
I can't believe I received twice the amt of Ang Pao money than any CNY i've been to. Insane, man... Together with my $500+ savings, I have about $800+ now for shopping lol! Rob me now. xD

Ok TODAY (sunday), was finallyyyyy Mafia Photoshoot day~!!! :DD

Haha. Jiayi couldn't make it last min...and Zul didn't even pick up all our calls/smses/facebook comments. Damn sad lah, he's not interested I guess =(
Yewei ended up being our photographer~!
We took reaaaally good shots, I can't wait for him to send them!
Ooh and this random guy suddenly came up to us when we were posing at the History Museum...omg. He said he wanted to take photo of us for the museum?! xD
Lol if you see our face in newspaper, I say first - We didn't kill anyone ah!!
ahaha~

After photoshoot, headed down to Vivo for Cosplay Matsuri.
I think Matsuri is damn boring leh =X
Like sooo little cosplayers and one stupid caramelldansen dance...again. And once again I saw Pikachu T_T
Once again I saw the same Vampire Knight cosplayers. Same Naruto cosplayers. Omg lol...
At least the highlight of the whole thing was meeting Limy! ^^
She was Yamamoto from KHR!

Ate dinner at Banquet...

Yay, tomorrow is rest day, for once.
Will spend it completing Mitchell's art trade...=) I hope it turns out nice!! I'll probably post some WIP here tomorrow, yup?

OMG. TODAY'S THE MOST UNBELIEVABLE DAY. EVER.

Not entirely because it's my last day of work though. But mainly because I spent almost a full day at Fullerton Hotel! Omggggggggggg
*dies spazzing on the floor*
I really really have to thank my African boss, he's the nicest boss on planet Earth! xD
It's almost as though it was my birthday celebration, cuz I was treated to the nicest surprise and it's not even my birthday lol!

LET ME TAKE YOU ON A RIDE OF EVENTS...

Okay I came to work as usual, helped Hamidah finish off the last of that long list that I'd been working on for the past 3 months *wth* and then...at around 11am, my boss told me not to go for lunch at 12.30 because he'll treat me. So I packed up my stuff a little, did some last minute emailing... Then rotted on Facebook for a while...
Finally it was 1pm and time for lunch!
Tiffany came along, and I was told that she was gonna leave her stuff at the hotel. You see, tonight is the annual Dinner & Dance. But I'm not going, so I dressed as usual~
And...
OMFG I SHOULDN'T HAVE WORN JEANS AND SHOES!!!!! DD:

Because the first surprise was after we flagged a cab, my boss told the taxi driver "To Fullerton Hotel, sir"
I was like "OMG WTF?! FULLERTON?!"
I almost died in the taxi ahaha xD

Yaaaaaaah we arrived at Fullerton, I can't believe I set foot on that forbidden land~
It's soooooooooo posh and grand and I thought I'll get chased out by the security guard for wearing sneakers lol.
Gwaah, he never tell me we're going Fullerton for lunch! Bassssstaaaard
Anyway. Lunch was buffet at this restaurant...Guess what I didn't bring my camera T_T;; Oh well, it was a surprise after all and I was caught off guard. Totally.

Because my poor boss had to go back to office to cover his desk duties, he left Tiffany and I his ROOM KEYS OMG plus a $50 note so I could take a taxi home...holy shit. It's so incredible I can't...breathe.
The service at Fullerton was amazing, man. Tiffany and I were like princesses can!!
One huge-ass table to two girls, and we ate til we exploded xD
(dammit I should've taken photo dammit I should've taken photo DAMMIT!)

At around 3pm we finished lunch and went to explore Fullerton~!! =D
Ohoho...Then at 4pm we were tired of running around this 5-star hotel, and decided to go to my boss' room to chill~
After all, he gave us his room keys. Insaneness~
We continued exploring the grand room, Tiffany pulled out the drawer thinking it's a chopping board...xD lol!
The toilet even had an electronic weighing machine (that is spoilt anyway lol I can't be 44kg only after eating so much!) and step-exercise machine heehee~
4.30pm, we felt like pigs and decided to nap for a while...Holy crap, sleeping on 5-star bed leh!! ehehehehe *laughs uncontrollably*
5pm, Tiffany suddenly woke up and yelled "Wu dian le!!! (5 o'clock already)" and scared the hell outta me. Ahaha...oh yeah, Tiff is from China but she speaks with a super heavy Ang Moh slang =D

Uhh...she woke up and started making tea, I don't know why xD
Anyway Tiffany began her preparation for D&D, spilling out the herd of bottles in her bag (omg soooo much makeup stuff k!). Lol, we realised the mirror and the electronic socket were too far away, so called Room Service and OMG they carried a full-length mirror to our room hahaha!! We died laughing!
Then as tiff was curling her hair, I on the other hand had nothing better to do than gawk at the mini-bar in the room...
They had 4 different types of tea, and jars after jars of candy o_O;;
No wonder 5-star hotel eh?
6pm, my boss called to say he'd arrived at Fullerton and was having tea downstairs at the lobby and asked if I wanted to join, I said I was gonna burst, then he laughed like mad man, then uhh...he put down the phone.

Anyway he appeared at the door 10 mins later HAHAHA!
Tiff almost burnt her fingers on the electric curler lol~
It went like,
Boss: *ding dong!*
Me: *open door* YOU!!
Boss: YAY!
Tiffany: *burns fingers* ARGH~!!
Boss: Omg what's happening here... Holy shi- WHAT IS THIS!
Me: Mirror, haha.
Boss: WHAT IS THIS!
Me: Tiffany's tea..
Boss: WHAT IS THIS!
Me: Oh yeah by the way we slept on your posh bed, heh.

The rest of the time was spent with me sitting on the couch yawning and breathing in posh air, while my boss sat on the other couch yelling "Tiffany hurry up it's 7pm!" when it's only 6pm...
XD!!!

Okay anyway I totally felt like some princess, having been treated to buffet lunch at Fullerton (which costs $58/- omg!) and then exploring the whole hotel, then sleeping on queen-sized bed with a $50 note in my pocket *haha*, then the surprise didn't end there!
Before D&D started, my boss told me that I could go back to the office and get my bag, and a "secret surprise on my table" *faints again*
(Oh yeah I didn't go for D&D, dowan lah)
So I made my way back to office and SCREAMED~~!!! xD heehee.
On my table were sooo many gifts! I came home and straight away took photo~

($50 Robinson's voucher that I've no idea what to spend on lol)

(See the Fullerton paper bags behind! Hee. I stole a bottle of exquisite body lotion too in front of my boss... He asked if I wanna steal the hotel slippers too. Oh yeah you know what's inside that black pouch thing?)

(THIS!! looool...I've no idea what the heck are all these...USB ports, wires with every possible "head" i've seen...xD)

(My boss wrote me a really sweet card too. At first I was like, aww a card...BUT THEN, when I opened it...)

(Holy Crappers, $100 inside!!! ARGGGHHH!!!!)

Shit. $100 in card, $50 robinson voucher, $58 lunch buffet... My boss spent $200+ on ME alone o_O;;
He's soooooooooooooo nice *w*
Plus the other gifts too, they're probably another $50 or so looking at that expensive chocolate... and the fact that he let us use his hotel room for the afternoon... *teary eyes*

More fun to come tomorrow and Sunday itself~! Oh man, i'm gonna die of over-excitement xD

I'm quite tired though... ONE MORE WEEK OF WORK OMG!!!

I'm sooooooooo happy. Even though everyone's saying they're sad and I think they really are sad to have me go =P lol.
But anyways it's less than 3 weeks now to my departure~

Going to cut hair with OJY tomorrow, hopefully she wakes up on time =X
Then going shopping her again on sunday lol... Then the sat after that will be dying hair day xD haha...I wonder how things will turn out.

Anyway on a rather...weird note. Andrea told me her aunt and grandma are deciding to put her on a separate flight from us. Nice T_T;;
This is so unbelievable, man. She's gonna be alone all the way to heathrow, and gotta still wait there for about 2hrs before we actually come out of the gate with our luggages in tow... =(
Her aunt says Andrea needs to be independent.
I'm just...not too happy about this. JY and Penny aren't too.
Independence should never overrule safety =(

Have you ever made a friend in just a short moment of time, yet knowing you'll never see him/her again? =3
Okay. This isn't some emo, omg-I'm-dying-soon post.
It's International Exchange Students orientation from today til Thurs. Already today I saw the most foreigners in my whole life~!
A loooooooot of Ang Mohs particularly. The interesting thing was all of them were speaking their native language - and it wasn't English.

Anyway I made a new friend, it was a rather lame "meeting" cuz apparently he couldn't decide which timeslot to go for, so he sat down beside me and stared at his organiser xD
His name is Tal, and I learnt that he's from Israel~
Ok kill me now, cuz I used to think Israel people looked like refugees or smth lol~!! *gets shot* But nooo...Tal had the typical look; blonde skin blue eyes..
OMG did I say blonde skin?!
I mean!!! Blonde HAIR blue eyes.
anyways there was no one else around and I was bored as hell, so we started talking nonsense. (as usual, waddya expect from ME)
Heh, he couldn't believe his ears when I told him I was going to UK to do my degree, IN ONE YEAR xD
Seems like this is some kinda world phenomenon and a lot of people are strangling me in disbelief~

It went like, "I'm going to UK to get my degree...in one year."
"W-....what?"
"huh?"
"One year?"
"Yup! ^^"
"How old are you?!"
"20"
"*stare.............*"

That's when I found out his eyes were blue. After he stared xD
Hmm well. We talked for 45mins before he left. Y'know, I've never talked to a stranger for so long before...as though I knew him for years already. It was kinda weird, since our backgrounds were so different and he was like from planet Pluto to me. *lmao*
Actually although I've quite a few ang moh friends, it isn't exactly easy talking to all of them especially the guys. And ESPECIALLY, when you meet them for the first time. =3
But somehow the conversation just comes out naturally...*shrugs*
I guess...unless they start staring at you with their big blue pale eyes and you feel like taking a stick and poking them xD

Had a seriously eventful weekend this week!!
All my weekends are booked from here on, lol...busy busy!

Finally went to groom Candy on Saturday. I bought her 3 "bones" too, she's totally spazzing out ^^
Oh man, Jiaying said Candy looks like a "little boy" now. Haha~!! Oh noes.

D'awwww~~

Ok anyway I had a fruitful NTUC shopping trip with my dad. Bought a hell lot of stuff, all those itsy-bitsy-necessary stuff for survival =/
Also went to Bugis and Peace Centre with Jiaying in the afternoon around 3.30pm to run errands, especially collecting our animation frames omg~! It's been one month since we went to bind them the shop keeper almost couldn't find them xD
Anyway my stooopid kiwi frames which were once a stack of mess has now become a beautiful beautiful hard cover booklet with GOLD words ^^

Feels so official...Ahh...

Shopped around bugis street for only ONE hour cuz we needed to collect our booklet by 6pm and by the time we reached there it was 5pm eeep. =X
But in this one hour I bought quite a lot of things! *ish happy at least*

Finally got the long boots I wanted ^^
Jiaying got the same too (ahaha when will we ever have something different) just that it's black. I didn't want black cuz my previous boots were already black. hehh..

I always wanted arm warmers too, and this red-black-striped one is the last in the shop =D
Holy smoley, when I opened the pack there were actually TWO arm warmers inside! lol. One for each hand, but I think i'm only gonna wear one hand cuz well, two stripey arms look weird. xD
I could wear this for the JRock photoshoot when we meet Mitchell and his gang too~

Okay! BBQ at Sam Lee's house at night. I looooved the food xD
I heard there's gonna be some BBQ for Bower Ashton students in UK like, the first week of school? L.O.L.
I may be wrong though. There're a ton of silly welcome things I'm confused now. But according to Shuzhen 100% of them are clubbing expeditions so...lol xD

TODAY wasn't so eventful, I slept til 12pm and slept again until 1pm (it's blissful to sleep in ^^). Woke up and groggily watched some weird show on Channel 18 (I forgot what channel and forgot what show. ha.) about some daughter and grandpa working at a fast food joint and the grand-daughter wants to fire the grand-dad T_T

Eheh. Ate lunch at 3pm then proceeded to prepare dinner xD
Today's my turn to cook~!! Once again, cook for the entire family. Power, man!!
My recipe for today: Chicken & Potato curry, served with fried Pita bread, with rice and topped with Alize Wild Passion wine (my favourite!!) + Almond dessert to finish it all!
Best thing is I cooked this ENTIRE dinner myself k~!! *achievement*

Here's the Chicken Curry I cooked. Everyone said my curry was really nice YAAAAAAAAY~
I did everything myself, from marinating the chicken (a.k.a drowning them in excessive sauce ehee) to peeling the potatoes. Gawd, peeling potatoes is a pain in the ass seriously. My back ached, so did my butt =X

Fried Pita bread~!! Dunno why must fry leh, but my dad say fry so I fry. xD

Yehh, that's the almond desert I made ^^

My faaaavourite wine of all time, besides Bailey's. I think I mentioned this a thousand times by now xD
I'm not so much of a beer fan though. Beer is like, for rugged big beer-bellied uncles and Ah Peks who sit around coffee shop and shout when Tiong Bahru United soccer team scores. o_O;;
OK wadeva. That football club doesn't exist, i think xD

yay, I'm gonna cut hair with Jiaying next Sat. Excitingggg~!!
We're going for a new hairstyle!! I wonder how short JY will cut *heehee*
